Rascals Republic is a male-led, farm program built to give men a practical, steady, and supportive place to reset. We work with men who need structure, routine, and real hands-on activities to stay engaged and moving forward.

Our farm is simple, calm, and purpose-driven. Every day is built around real work — feeding animals, garden tasks, property jobs, and outdoor activities that build confidence and life skills. We keep things small, personal, and predictable so men feel safe, supported, and part of something.

We specialise in supporting men with behavioural challenges, psychosocial complexity, and long-term disengagement. Our approach is down-to-earth: clear expectations, steady routines, and practical tasks that create quick wins and real progress.

We offer both 1:1 mentoring and a day program for up to six participants. Our goal is to help men reconnect, build routine, and develop the skills they need to manage daily life, social situations, and their own wellbeing.

Rascals Republic is a place where men can settle, rebuild, and move toward a better direction — one day, one task, one step at a time.

We operate as an unregistered provider and support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
